1. Local Delivery

Fone World currently offers local delivery for online orders within the following postcode areas:

  • BS22

  • BS23

  • BS24

We currently do not offer nationwide delivery.

Our local delivery service is carried out by Fone World directly.

2. Delivery Charges

Our current local delivery charges are:

The free delivery threshold is based on the value of the products in the order before any delivery charge.

Delivery charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

3. Delivery Time

We provide same-day local delivery.

We aim to deliver your order within 2 hours of the order being accepted.

The two-hour delivery target is an aim rather than a guaranteed delivery time.

Delivery times may be affected by:

  • Traffic or road conditions;

  • Weather;

  • The availability of our delivery service;

  • The number of orders being processed;

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information;

  • Circumstances outside our reasonable control; or

Please make sure that the address is suitable for receiving a local delivery.

If we are unable to deliver because incorrect information was provided, we may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery or pickup.

5. Receiving Your Delivery

Customers should ensure that someone is available to receive the order where necessary.

For certain deliveries, we may need to confirm that the order is being handed to the appropriate person.

If nobody is available to receive the order, we may contact you to arrange another suitable delivery time or offer pickup from our shop.

We will not leave products in an unsafe or unsuitable location without appropriate agreement.

6. Pickup From Our Shop

Customers can choose pickup instead of local delivery when placing an online order.

If you place an order when the shop is closed, we will process it when appropriate after reopening.

If you are unsure whether your order is ready, please contact us before travelling to the shop.

8. Orders Not Collected

If you select pickup but do not collect your order, we may contact you to arrange collection.

If an order remains uncollected for an extended period, we may contact you to discuss the available options.

Any cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
